Below we see two-time WBC Champions Mikey Dee crunching a drive down the middle and into Port Phillip Bay (or so it seems) from the tee of the stunning (and very difficult) par four 15th hole at Cape Schanck.

The tournament was contested in good spirit and once again came down to the wire with the title decided by a single shot (for the fourth year running) and only seven shots separating the top five teams. After 36 holes of 4BBB stableford on Saturday, T-Bag and Luggo had skipped clear but through 17 holes on Sunday, they had been caught and passed by perennial WBC bridesmaids Funky J & Macca. With one hole to play, Funky and Macca held a one-shot lead, but the WBC is a 36-hole marathon. One the last hole, Funky and Macca could only manage one point. T-bag and Luggo made the green in regulation and then Luggo stepped up first and made a 20-foot putt for birdie on the final hole to secure three points and grab the title by a single stroke with the last shot of the tournament. When the scorer had set down his abacus, T-Bag and Luggo were declared the winners by a single shot in what was another great tournament. The final placings were:
