2016 Bushranger Golf Victorian Player of the Year Results

Once again the contest for the BRG POY came down to the last event of the year and we had the prospect of tie once again with the three leaders fighting out a ding-dong battle over the final events of the year. When the dust had settled,

Darren Nelson could not quite reel in Dean Mitchell who had a superb year. They both playe the same number of events but Deano had one more point up his sleeve after a very consistent year with many solid performances and very consisent scores and points. Rounding out the top ten were Jimmy Lantides, Steven Jurisic, Pete Solomou, Dean Connell, Ian Steer, Gavan Doran, Pete Jensen & Corey Kelly. Below are the results for the top 30 plus ties in the 2016 POY.
