Events - The Kelly Gang Shootout - 2006

The Inaugural Kelly Gang Shootout was held in perfect conditions and was a helmet-full of fun for all involved. Five sturdy teams lined up for a best-ball ambrose assault on The Growling Frog Golf Course in Yan Yean. Click here to view the official tournament program. In order of tee times, the line up was:

The Frosty Beverages: Richard Fellner,  Campbell Wilson and Sam Saltis
The Beechworth Boys: James McCusker, Michael Mileo and Richard White
The Euroa Removalists: Marcus Jones, Steve Noa, Mick VanRaay, Scott Wilson
The Jerilderie Gents: Ian Crotty, Paul Lambe, Roger Schmidt & Sebastian Shand
The Glenrowan Hacks: Roger Brown, Michael David and Matthew Pitt

After a thrilling afternoon of golf and jocularity, a great time was had by all and “The Frosty Beveridge’s” (pictured blow) stole the championship with a gutsy birdie, birdie finish.
